A serial entrepreneur and investor, Marius has lived in Asia for 7 years. A former McKinsey consultant, he founded a healthcare startup and worked in venture capital before turning his focus to Bali’s property market 3 years ago, where he has successfully invested and developed multiple projects. Passionate about simplifying ownership, Marius is driven to create effortless access
to luxury living for a global audience.

MARCUS JILLA

FOUNDER AND MANAGING DIRECTOR

Also a serial entrepreneur and investor, Marcus has lived in Asia for 14 years. He has worked as a BCG strategy consultant, founded and sold a $10m hospitality brand, and led operations for a $400m e-commerce venture investor. Marcus has been coming to Bali for over 15 years. Transfixed by the island's charm, he started investing in Bali's real estate market 3 years ago, seeing it as perfectly positoned to address both changing global values and rising costs. He is building Paradyse to make this opportunity accessible to everyone.
